SUNDAY, AUGUST 15, 2010 9:30am-2pm 5th Annual Pet Fair in the Park The Surf City Animal Response Team (SCART) will be holding their 5th Annual Pet Fair in the Park at the Mile Square/Fountain Valley Sports Park (Field D . All proceeds from this event go directly into supporting our organization and allowing us to respond, train and educate the public. Surf City Animal Response Team is an all volunteer organization that responds to animals needs and assists other agencies during a disaster or crisis. We offer assistance to cities with animal sheltering, pet response and disaster recovery as needed or requested, along with a strong commitment to disaster preparation and education.
