Please submit your event information in this order:

Date of Event - day of the week, and hours of the event
Name of Event
Who's sponsoring/holding the event?
Location - where will it be?
What will be offered? Games? Prizes? (3 sentence limit)
Who will it benefit?
How can people find out more about it?
